2: Which model is ideal for me?
Within the characteristics of each model we specify the maximum weight capacity of the user, this will guide you to know which scooter is ideal for you.
3: Do you deliver the scooter to my hotel?
We deliver in Cancun and all the Riviera Maya from Playa Mujeres to Tulum. Your scooter will be delivered in the lobby upon your arrival at the resort, hotel, condo, house, etc. We will request your flight information to schedule the time of delivery and pick up.
Our delivery times are from 09:00 am to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week.
4: Where can I store the scooter overnight?
The scooter will be stored inside your room at night. They are allowed in any area of the resorts and fit perfectly through the doors.
5: Do I need to be present to receive the scooter?
Yes, you or another person in your family or group need to personally receive the scooter/wheelchair to sign the disclaimer letter and make the payment.
6: Do I need to notify the hotel that I am renting a scooter or wheelchair?
Yes, it is important that you inform Concierge/Guest Services so that they authorize our access to the hotel lobby. It is important to request a room on the first floor or make sure your accommodation has elevators to the upper floors.
7: Is there a minimum or maximum number of days for scooter/wheelchair rental?
The minimum rental period is two days. Feel free to request a quote for as many days as you need.
8: How long do the batteries last?
The battery capacity in miles/km for each model is specified in the characteristics of each scooter. Range depends on battery type, driver weight, terrain traveled and ambient temperature.
We recommend charge the batteries every night with the supplied battery charger to always start the day with 100% battery power.
For the Classic model we have the option to rent an additional battery.
9: Can I use the scooter in the rain/water?
No, direct exposure to water may cause electronic and mechanical malfunction of the equipment. This could cause damage to the electronic components.
